The Burden of Command by Cait N.

Wow, Jean Luc with a daughter, probably just entering the Academy or about to. Interesting question she chose to be worried about, but then she\'s his daughter.

Morpheus by Cait N.

Goodness, striking imagery, and scary when you realize who he has to be dreaming about.

They Don\'t Make Them Like They Used To by Whoa Nellie

Ok this one definately got a chuckle from me, Picard\'s tone was so right on the mark, so unruffled even with his wife stripping his clothing off.

Dining In by Cait N.

Lovely missing scene.

Letting Go by Cait N.

This is very touching, made moreso by the knowledge we have of Picard\'s future relationship with Beverly. Somehow, knowing that he had been her husbands lover, prior to their marriage, creates a believable explanation to their initial awkwardness in working together.

3 Cait N.

Cait N. has an impressive ability to capture a broad spectrum of character voices from across the Star Trek series.
-- Whoa Nellie, 17:32 08th March

8 Ke Roth

Ke Roth does some wonderful world-building, creating sweeping, epic sagas that draw the reader in and carry them along for the adventure.
-- Whoa Nellie, 17:36 08th March

15 Rocky

Rocky\'s Picard and Janeway stories are absolutely delightful. They do a wonderful job capturing both characters and making that pairing believable.
-- Whoa Nellie, 17:37 08th March

6 Heather Smyth

The Queen of hurt/comfort stories is at her usual, enjoyable self this year. Plenty of torture and anguish for Picard and Crusher followed by plenty of good, hot smut.
-- Whoa Nellie, 17:41 08th March

The ASC Awards are a project of the ASC-VSO, led this year by Seema (Awards-Coordinator), aided by Rocky (Assistant Coordinator) and Stephen (Awards Tech Support) They run every year from March to April for stories posted to ASC (alt.startrek.creative) between February 1 and January 31. A Tribble was harmed when we moved the voting booth. A little ... okay he's dead but there are plenty more around.
