Yep, it's that dang planet in Taylor's novel, when Tom rescued B'Elanna from the water, where they were to spend time building shelters. In this version (universe), however, Tom and B'Elanna have several days on the planet before they leave, fall together during that time. In snippets of the next four years (on and off Voyager) their feelings and actions resulting from that short union are reexamined.
